Allenwood Placed On Hiatus
I am sorry to announce that one of TEN's most popular shows, Allenwood, has been forced into indefenite hiatus by the abscence of it's showrunner, Dave Kohler.
The show, which is a spin-off of succesful Supernatural Drama, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, has so far put out three episodes but all future episodes are unavailible, because they were kept only by Kohler, and not given to other showrunners in case of situations like this one, because the latest episodes were still going through severe edits when Kohler last logged onto the board, as far as the other admins are aware.
Instead of airing a new Allenwood episode next wednesday, another show will fill it's slot. Buffyverse fans will not be dissapointed, as it is the first TEN Anthology episode, which is set in an alternate Season Four of Allenwood's parent show, Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Kohler's fellow Network Presidents, expressed sadness at the sudden hiatus placed on the show, but hope that Kohler is all right, and that his lack of appearance is due to real life reasons, and not something more serious.
As for Kohler's other show, Gifted: The Series, I am told that it will run until episode five, when it will be places on hiatus, if Kohler does not make his re-appearance until then.
Meanwhile, Allenwood has been placed in the "On Hiatus" section of the "TEN Archive" category, so if you want to go back and read an episode you liked, or you want to start reading the show before Kohler arrives with new episodes, that's where you can find them.
No news on how this will effect other shows, as Kohler is known to do all the graphics work, not just for TEN's site and forum, but also for East's Lara Croft Tomb Raider virtual series, and was planning to do graphic work on the upcoming TEN Anthology, which premieres next Wednesday in Allenwood's place, although we are informed it will not mess up the schedule for these shows, and that temporary graphics will be hosted instead.
Let's all hope Dave is okay, and that the other shows will not suffer a similar fate. To the future!
